For one of my college classes we must discuss a problem we feel is important in our hometown, for this I decided to talk about the reconstruction of Kossuth Ave. to North 7th Street ( this is the winding road between justice park and the animal pound). Right now I'm trying to gather community input on the topic. In my paper I will propose that the City of Marshall re-paves the road and adds a sidewalk on at least one side and curbs and gutters as well. Just write and tell me what you think. Thank you.
